Privacy Policy Terms of Service Refund & License Policy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Adaptive Render Studio collects, why, and how it is handled. We aim to collect as little data as possible.

Who we are (data controller)

Adaptive Render Studio is a Windows desktop application for rendering 3D models. This website and the application are operated by:

Jan Kujovský is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy-related questions or requests, use the email above.

What data we collect

The application works offline after activation and does not continuously track your usage.

Payment processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider, through its secure checkout. When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We act as the merchant (data controller) for your order; Stripe acts as the payment processor. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Why we process your data

How long we keep your data

We keep license and order records for as long as needed to support your license and to meet legal or accounting requirements. Activation fingerprints are kept while the license is active. You can ask us to release or remove a computer binding at any time.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers needed to run the business — for example our payment processor (Stripe) and our email/hosting providers — and only as far as necessary.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@adaptiverender.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies by default. We also use analytics tools, but only after you give your consent through the cookie banner:

These analytics cookies do not run until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics are loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies. Our checkout provider (Stripe) may set cookies needed to process your payment when you go to checkout.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.

Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using Adaptive Render Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

License

When you buy Adaptive Render Studio, you receive a personal license to use the software. One license = one computer. Your license key is tied to a single machine. After activation, the software verifies your license offline and continues to work without an internet connection.

The Free edition may be used with no time limit. It renders real images but applies a fixed watermark. Paid editions (Basic and Pro) unlock additional features as described on the website.

What you may do

What you may not do

Your content

You keep all rights to the 3D models you import and to the renders you create. We claim no ownership over your models or your output.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep the software and license service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. A temporary outage of our license server does not disable a valid, already-activated license. Pro includes free updates as described on the website.

Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

System requirements

Adaptive Render Studio runs on Windows with a graphics card that supports OpenGL 4.3, 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended), and a screen of at least 1600×900 usable pixels. Please make sure your computer meets these requirements before purchasing. The Free edition can be installed first to check compatibility.

Refund & License Policy

This policy explains how license delivery, refunds and computer changes work.

License delivery

After a successful payment through Stripe, your license key is emailed to you automatically. Activate it in the application to unlock your edition. If your key does not arrive within a reasonable time, check your spam folder and then contact info@adaptiverender.com — we'll resend it.

Try before you buy

Because the Free edition has no time limit and lets you render real images, we strongly recommend installing it first to confirm the software runs on your computer and meets your needs before purchasing a paid edition.

Refunds

If the software does not work on your system or you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help or issue a refund. Because a license key is delivered digitally and immediately, we may decline refunds where the key has been activated and the software is working as described — except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Changing computers

Your license is bound to one computer. If you get a new computer or reinstall your system, contact us at info@adaptiverender.com and we'll release the old binding so you can activate on the new machine.

Suspended or revoked licenses

A license may be temporarily suspended if it cannot be verified for an extended period, and it restores itself automatically once verification succeeds again. We may revoke a license in cases of fraud, chargebacks or key sharing.
